RESOLUTION NO. 2012-300
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
TRAFFIC COMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE
UPGRADE - FIBER OPTICS PHASE I-1 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. , in conjunction with the Traffic Communications
Infrastructure Upgrade - Fiber Optics Phase I-1, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in
conjunction with the Traffic Communications Infrastructure
Upgrade - Fiber Optics Phase I-1, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the Traffic
Communications Infrastructure Upgrade - Fiber Optics Phase I-1, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April 2012 .
