RESOLUTION APPROVING CREATIVE SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HELLMAN ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR
$62, 440 . 00 TO PRODUCE AND AIR PRIME TIME
LOCAL TV COMMERCIALS FOR TRAFFIC SAFETY AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN AND EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Creative Services Agreement dated April 2, 2012 between
Hellman Associates, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa to
produce and air prime time local television commercials for the
Traffic Safety Department, in the amount of $62, 440 . 00, is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized. and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April 2012 .
