RESOLUTION NO. 2012-289
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF
APPLICATION TO BLACK HAWK COUNTY GAMING
ASSOCIATION FOR GRANT FUNDING AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application for grant funding in the amount of
$150, 000 . 00, to purchase a central traffic signal control system,
by and between the Black Hawk County Gaming Association and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April 2012 .
