RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF THE DR. WALTER
CUNNINGHAM SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE TO HOLD A 5K
RUN/WALK EVENT ON APRIL 28, 2012.
WHEREAS, the Job Foundation has requested that they be
allowed to hold a 5K Run/Walk/ alk event on April 28, 2012, together
with the approval of the Director of Safety Services, and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 9: 00 a.m. , with the route
to start and end at the Dr. Walter Cunningham School of
Excellence, 1224 Mobile Street, Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Dr. Walter Cunningham
School of Excellence, to hold a 5K Run/Walk event on April 28,
2012, beginning at 9: 00 a.m. , with the route to start and end at
the Dr. Walter Cunningham School of Excellence be, and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April 2012 .
