RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF CROELL READI MIX INC. FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "M-2, P" PLANNED HEAVY
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, TO CONSTRUCT A TEMPORARY
REDI-MIX BATCH PLANT, GENERALLY LOCATED AT
4802 SERGEANT ROAD, AS APRIL 9, 2012, AT 5 : 30
P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 9th day of April, 2012, for
the purpose of considering the request of Croell Readi Mix Inc. ,
for a site plan amendment to the "M-2, P" Planned Heavy Industrial
District to allow for a two, (2) year temporary Redi-Mix batch
plant, generally located at 4802 Sergeant Road, and
WHEREAS, the plant will be temporary in nature and be used
throughout the summer of 2012 for the Shaulis Road Construction
Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March 2012 .
