RESOLUTION NO. 2012-244
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF BLACK HAWK
COUNTY GAMING ASSOCIATION GRANT AGREEMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant Agreement dated March 19, 2012, in the amount of
$55, 000 . 00, with a cash match of $11, 605. 00, to be used for
funding marketing at the RiverLoop Public Market, by and between
the Black Hawk County Gaming Association and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March 2012 .
