RESOLUTION NO. 2012-242
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO B & B BUILDERS AND SUPPLY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y.
2012 SULLIVAN PARK SHELTER PROJECT, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $51, 956. 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with B & B Builders and Supply of
Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $51, 956. 00, in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2012 Sullivan Park Shelter Project, described in the
plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
said project with Resolution No. 2012-157 after public hearing on
February 20, 2012 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby awarded, the same being the apparent lowest bid for said
project .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th da of March, 2012 .
