RESOLUTION NO. 2012-238
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH JDE ENGINEERING, PLC OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Supplemental Agreement No. l, in an
amount not to exceed $1, 900 . 00, for construction related services
in conjunction with F.Y. 2012 Geraldine Road - Phase II, Contract
No. 821 (RM-8155 (727)-9D-07) , by and between JDE Engineering, PLC
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 2012 .
