RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE WITH FAILOR HURLEY
CONSTRUCTION OF HUDSON, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $21, 190 . 00, FOR LIVINGSTON AVIATION ENTRY
DOOR REPLACEMENT AT WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO IOWA:
That the contract of Failor Hurley Construction of Hudson,
Iowa, for the Livingston Aviation Entry Door Replacement Project,
in the amount of $21, 190 . 00, at the Waterloo Regional Airport,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and
the City Clerk as of the 9th day of January, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said Contract,
as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 2012 .
