RESOLUTION NO. 2012-009
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH ASBESTOS ABATEMENT FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 212 JEFFERSON STREET, 302
JEFFERSON STREET, 306-308 JEFFERSON STREET,
AND 312 JEFFERSON STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-008, Resolution confirming
approval of request for document, plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with asbestos
abatement for property located at 212 Jefferson Street, 302
Jefferson Street, 306-308 Jefferson Street, and 312 Jefferson
Street, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
public hearing on January 3, 2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 2012 .
