RESOLUTION NO. 2017-336
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AS MAY 22, 2017 TO APPROVE PROPOSED REPAIRS IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SIDEWALK INSPECTION AND
REPAIR PROGRAM—ZONE 7; AND APPROVE REQUEST TO
SEND OUT NOTIFICATION TO PROPERTY OWNERS OF
PROPOSED SIDEWALK REPAIRS AND ESTIMATE OF
COSTS; AND AUTHORIZE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF SAID HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 22nd day of
May, 2017 for the purpose of holding a public hearing to approve proposed repairs in conjunction
with the Sidewalk Inspection and Repair Program — Zone 7, in the City of Waterloo, and to
approve request to mail notification to property owners of proposed sidewalk repairs and
estimate of costs.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
