RESOLUTION NO. 2017-337
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. AND SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS MAY 25, 2017, AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS JUNE 5, 2017, FOR THE FY 2017 SIDEWALK REPAIR
PROGRAM AND TRAIL REPAIRS - ZONE 7, CONTRACT NO. 914.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Sidewalk Repair Program and Trail Repairs — Zone 7, Contract
No. 914 are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the FY 2017 Sidewalk Repair
Program and Trail Repairs — Zone 7, Contract No. 914 be scheduled for May 25, 2017 at 1:00
p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of June 2017, to
hold a public hearing in conjunction with the, FY 2017 Sidewalk Repair Program and Trail
Repairs—Zone 7, Contract No. 914.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
