RESOLUTION NO. 2017-341
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. AND SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS MAY 18, 2017 AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS MAY 22, 2017 FOR SALVAGED ASPHALT
CRUSHING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Salvaged Asphalt Crushing project are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the Salvaged Asphalt Crushing
project be scheduled for May 18, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 22nd day of May 2017, to
hold a public hearing in conjunction with the, Salvaged Asphalt Crushing project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
