RESOLUTION NO. 2017-344
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Development Agreement dated May 8, 2017, between Village Properties, LLC and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale of a public alley located directly north of 1118 Ansborough
Avenue right-of-way, Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May 2017.
