RESOLUTION NO. 2017-353
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID IN THE AMOUNT OF
$231,250 TO CEDAR RAPIDS TRUCK CENTER, INC. OF
CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
AUTOMATED SIDE LOAD GARBAGE TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the bid of Cedar Rapids Truck Center Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for the purchase of one (1)
automated side load garbage truck described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said purchase with Resolution No. 2017-308, after public hearing on April 24, 2017 on
published notice required by law, is hereby accepted and awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May 2017.
