RESOLUTION NO. 2017-354
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY AIA SANDBLASTING,
MARION, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $63,929.50 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 BYRNES AND GATES
POOL PAINTING PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 923.
WHEREAS, AIA Sandblasting, of Marion, Iowa, performed in conjunction with the FY
2017 Byrnes and Gates Pool Painting Project, Contract No. 923, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, AIA Sandblasting, has completed the aforementioned project in accordance
with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$63,929.50.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and recommendation of acceptance of
work performed are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May 2017.
