RESOLUTION NO. 2017-361
RESOLUTION APPROVING SALES AGREEMENT WITH
CONFERENCE TECHNOLOGIES, INC., TO UPGRADE THE
PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION STUDIO TO DIGITAL HIGH-
DEFINITION IN THE AMOUNT OF $111,653.51 AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Sales Agreement dated May 8, 2017, between Conference Technologies, Inc. and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for upgrading the Public Access Television studio to digital high-
definition, in the amount of$111,653.51, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May 2017.
