Members present: Morrissey, Schmitt, and Welper.
Moved by Welper seconded by Morrissey that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Morrissey seconded by Welper that request by LuAnn and Richard Stoakes to
purchase a city owned lot generally located at 120 Smith Street for the assessed value of $850,
with no development agreement, be approved. Voice vote -Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Mr. Welper commented that he believes it is an appropriate sale.
Chris Western, City Planner, explained that they intend to make it part of their lot.
Mr. Morrissey commented that he believes it is a good use for the property.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Morrissey seconded by Welper
that the meeting be adjourned at 4:48 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
