RESOLUTION NO. 2017-279
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
CARGO VAN FOR THE TRAFFIC OPERATIONS
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) cargo van for the Traffic
Department, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) cargo van for the
Traffic Department, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice,was held on April 17, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the one (1) cargo van for the Traffic Department is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April 2017.
