RESOLUTION NO. 2017-281
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2017
SERVICE TRUCK FOR THE SEWER DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of one (1) 2017 service truck for the sewer
Department, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of one (1) 2017 service truck for the sewer
Department, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 17, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the Purchase of one (1) 2017 service truck for the sewer Department is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April 2017.
