RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STORM SEWER EASEMENTS
FROM MANATTS, INC., FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND MAINTENANCE OF STORM SEWER PIPES LOCATED
ALONG HIGHWAY 63, FROM NEWELL STREET,
SOUTHWARD TO HIGHWAY 218, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS
84 WEST MULLAN AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the easements from Manatts, Inc., for construction maintenance of storm sewer pipes located
along Highway 63, from Newell Street, southward to Highway 218, otherwise known as 84 West
Mullan Avenue and legally described as follows:
Storm Sewer Easement Legal Description:
A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN PART OF PARCEL K, RECORDED IN
THE BLACK HAWK COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE, FILE 2012-00009024
AND IN LOT 4 IN BLOCK NUMBER 1 IN JAMES EGGER'S ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA AS SHOWN
ON ACQUISITION PLAT 2 OF 3, EXHIBIT "A", ATTACHED HERETO AND
BY REFERENCE MADE A PART HEREOF.
BEGINNING AT THE EASTERLY MOST CORNER OF SAID PARCEL K,
BLOACK 1 OF THE JAMES EGGER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO; THENCE N41°00'35"W77.90 FEET (77.80' RECORD) ALONG
THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID PARCEL K; THENCE,
