RESOLUTION NO. 2017-287
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH STRAND
ASSOCIATES TO UPDATE FACILITY PLAN AND PREPARE
A NUTRIENT REDUCTION STUDY, IN AN AMOUNT NOT
TO EXCEED $214,000, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,that the
Agreement for General Services dated April 17, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $214,000, for
Wastewater Treatment Facilities Planning and Nutrient Reduction Study and Operations
Assistance, by and between Strand Associates, Madison, Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April 2017.
