The subcontractors listed on this proposal and/or submitted to the Contract Compliance Officer cannot be changed except for the following reasons: 1) The City of Waterloo does not approve the subcontractors. 2) The subcontractors submit in writing that they cannot fulfill their subcontracts. 11. Most work entailed in this project are specialty repairs that we perform on a regular day basis. We did reach out to some of the MBE/WBE contractor and only one returned our phone call and the company was just going to bid one item, which we have covered. We did speak with Rudy Jones, who is the Contract Compliance Officer in Waterloo, on 6/6/2017 and he agreed this project has mostly specialty repairs and we do not need to use any MBE/WBE contractors.
