RESOLUTION NO. 2017-290
RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENT
LISTED ON EXHIBIT A AND AUTHORIZE CITY CLERK TO
NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID
CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessments listed on Exhibit A attached, in the amount of$328.22 are hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments are hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against these amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April 2017.
