RESOLUTION NO. 2017-300
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN KWIK TRIP, INC. OF LACROSSE, WISCONSIN
AND THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED WEST
OF 2010 WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1.00, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Agreement dated April 24, 2017 between Kwik Trip Inc., of LaCrosse,
Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to purchase City owned property located west of 2010
West Ridgeway Avenue, in the amount of$1.00, is hereby approved and the Mayor Pro Tem is
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April 2017.
