RESOLUTION NO. 2017-302
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Development Agreement dated April 24, 2017, between Kwik Trip Inc., of LaCrosse,
Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale of property located west of 2010 West
Ridgeway Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April 2017.
