RESOLUTION NO. 2017-305
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2017 FLOOD CONTROL
GATEWELL REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 918.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2017 Flood Control Gatewell Repairs, Contract No. 918, and
WHEREAS, on March 27, 2017 preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the F.Y. 2017 Flood Control Gatewell Repairs, Contract No. 918, were
submitted and approve by the council by Resolution No. 2017-223, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice,was held on April 24, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2017 Flood Control Gatewell Repairs, Contract No. 918 are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24h day of April 2017.
