RESOLUTION NO. 2017-306
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2017 FLOOD CONTROL
GATEWELL REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 918.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-305, approval of plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the F.Y. 2017 Flood Control Gatewell Repairs, Contract No.
918, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
public hearing on April 24, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April 2017.
