RESOLUTION NO. 2017-311
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CEDAR VALLEY
CATHOLIC SCHOOLS ALLOWING USE OF BONTRAGER PARK
FOR FOOTBALL PRACTICE,AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
that the Agreement, dated April 24, 2017,between Cedar Valley Catholic Schools and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, allowing the use of Bontrager Park for football practice is hereby approved and
the Mayor Pro Tem and Deputy City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24ffi day of April 2017.
