RESOLUTION NO. 2017-313
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT
TO GAMETIME C/O CUNNINGHAM RECREATION OF
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$44,855.86 AND APPROVING THE CONTRACT, BONDS,
AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FOR THE FY2017
HIGHLAND PARK PLAYGROUND PROJECT; AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that
the bid of Gametime C/O Cunningham Recreation of Charlotte,North Carolina, in the amount of
$44,855.86 and approving the Contract, Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance for the FY2017
Highland Park Playground Project, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council by Resolution No. 2017-205, after public hearing on March 20, 2017 on published
notice required by law, are hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and
directed to execute said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April 2017.
