RESOLUTION NO. 2017-324 RESOLUTION RE-SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS MAY 11, 2017 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS MAY 15, 2017 FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) COMPACT PICKUP TRUCKS FOR THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of May, 2017, to approve specifications, bid document, etc. and setting date of bid opening as May 11, 2017, for the purchase of two (2) compact pickup trucks for the Engineering Department. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
