RESOLUTION NO. 2017-382
RESOLUTION RE-SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS
JUNE 1, 2017 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE 5,
2017 FOR SALVAGED ASPHALT CRUSHING PROJECT AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of June, 2017, to
approve plans, specifications, bid document, etc. and re-setting date of bid opening as June 1,
2017, in conjunction with the Salvaged Asphalt Crushing Project.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
