RESOLUTION NO. 2017-383 RESOLUTION RE-SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS JUNE 1, 2017 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE 5, 2017 FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) COMPACT PICKUP TRUCKS FOR THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of June, 2017, to approve specifications, bid document, etc. and re-setting date of bid opening as June 1, 2017, for the purchase of two (2) compact pickup trucks for the Engineering Department. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22°d day of May 2017.
