RESOLUTION NO. 2017-392
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH MATHIAS PROPERTIES, LLC,FOR THE SALE AND
REHAB OF PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF 3488 WAGNER
ROAD AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a Development Agreement dated May 22, 2017, between Mathias Properties, LLC, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the sale and rehab of property located north of 3488 Wagner Road,
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May 2017.
