RESOLUTION NO. 2017-396
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO AND HR GREEN COMPANY FOR THE
FORMER CHAMBERLAIN SITE REDEVELOPMENT
PLANNING IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $60,000, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,that the
Professional Services Agreement dated May 22, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $60,000
for redevelopment planning services, for the former Chamberlain site, by and between HR Green
Company of Johnston, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May 2017.
