RESOLUTION NO. 2017-398
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSAL FROM TERRACON
FOR MATERIALS TESTING AND CONSTRUCTION
OBSERVATION SERVICES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY 2017 NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK SITE GRADING
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE ENGINEERING TO EXECUTE
SAID PROPOSAL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,that the
proposal for construction, observation and materials testing services dated May 22, 2017, in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Northeast Industrial Park Site Grading Project, by and between
Terracon, Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May 2017.
