Description of Additional Services
Article III.C.5. CONSTRUCTION TESTING
Additional construction testing performed by Terracon (moisture, density, concrete) is needed based
on the Contractor's means and methods for staging construction and progression of the work.
Compensation for the additional fees are divided by each site per the following table:

Cedar Bend Lift Station

The undersigned, on behalf of the Client, understands and agrees that the services described in this Change Order
are additional services, scope of which is not contained within the original scope of services defined in the
original agreement. The Additional Services in this Change Order are subject to the general terms and conditions
contained in the Original Agreement dated July 18, 2011 .
