The following is included in this Change Order. 1. 14,002 -LF of Cured -in -Place Pipe Liner 2. 218 Lateral Reinstatements 3. 78 Manhole Inspections 4. Contractor requested time extension to the end of 2015 to complete this additional work AECOM recommends that the City of Waterloo authorize Change Order No. 1 for the amount of $283,485.35 increasing the total project cost to $1,754,839.25 and grant the time extension to City Contract No. 876. Description: See attached Change Order No. 1 spread sheet. Line Item 1. Additional Work— Work added to Service Area Nos. 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21 based on the poor condition of the pipe, 2. Additional Work—Manhole inspections in preparation for the Service Area No. 15 and No. 16 Phase III CIP Pipe Lining Project 3. Deduction— Removal of additional manhole work anticipated for manhole ions included in Phase IL 4. Deduction — Removal of two CIP pipe linings because of mdsting conditions that prevented that work. 5. Time Extension—Time extension requested for additional CIP pipe lining. Municipal pipe may need to extend this project into 2016 in the future toplate the manhole work.
