1. Per letter from Failor Hurley dated March 16, 2015, Furnish all material, labor and equipment required to install new 1-1/4" PEX
piping to the (2) upstairs restrooms, (2) sinks on the main floor, (1) drinking fountain, and the water heater in the boiler room from
the new 2-1/2" line. ADD - $5,370.00
2. Per letter from Failor Hurley dated March 16, 2015, delete insulating of 2" and smaller cold water PEX lines,. DEDUCT $800.00

different than originally Issued request based on job site conversations between our plumbing
subcontractor and the project engineer.
