RESOLUTION NO. 2011-970
RESOLUTION APPROVING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
LUND FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES OF NORWALK,
IOWA FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE
BUILDING OWNER AND ASSISTANCE IN FIRE
PROTECTION PLAN REVIEW AT NO COST TO THE
CITY, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Protection Services Agreement dated October 3, 2011, for
review, technical opinions and reports on the following:
Special hazard suppression systems, high-rise buildings, high
piled storage, fire pumps, and other complex facilities and
processes, by and between Lund Fire Protection Services, Norwalk
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa be, and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October 2011.
