RESOLUTION NO. 2011-969
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE OF BID FROM ULTRAMAX AMMUNITION OF
RAPID CITY, SOUTH DAKOTA FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT' S FY12 AMMUNITION NEEDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Ultramax Ammunition of Rapid City, South
Dakota for the Police Department' s FY12 Ammunition needs,
described in the specifications set out by Police Chief Dan
Trelka for the Council be, and is hereby accepted the same being
the lowest bid received for said supplies .
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to approve bid
from the said vendor for the purchase of the Police Department' s
FY12 Ammunition needs as approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October 2011 .
