RESOLUTION NO. 2011-964
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF A POLICE DEPARTMENT ARMORED LAW
ENFORCEMENT TACTICAL VEHICLE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-963, Resolution confirming
approval of specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the purchase of a
Police Department armored law enforcement tactical vehicle, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on October 3, 2011 asrescribed b statute.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
