RESOLUTION NO. 2011-962
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RENTAL OF THREE (3) MOTOR
GRADERS TO SUPPORT SNOW REMOVAL OPERATIONS .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-961, Resolution confirming
approval of specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the rental of three
(3) motor graders to support snow removal operations, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
October 3, 2011 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 2011 .
