RESOLUTION NO. 2011-956
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF 2012 SULLAIR
425 AIR COMPRESSOR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed Request for specifications, bid document,
etc. , in conjunction with the purchase of a 2012 Sullair 425 air
compressor, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
Request for specifications, bid document, etc. , in conjunction
with the purchase of a 2012 Sullair 425 air compressor
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, etc. , in
conjunction with the purchase of a 2012 Sullair 425 air
compressor, in the City of Waterloo Iowa, be and the same are
hereby, reliminaril approved as filed.
