RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AND BID
OPENING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASBESTOS
ABATEMENT SERVICES GROUP 2 FOR THE HAZARD
MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP) , PROPERTY
ACQUISITION PROJECT OCTOBER 10, 2011, AT 5 : 30
P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That
the Council of the Cit of Waterloo,oo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 10th day of October, 2011,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the Asbestos Abatement Services Group 2 for the
HMGP, Property Acquisition Project, in the City of Waterloo, with
the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September 2011 .
