RESOLUTION APPROVING FY 2011 CONSOLIDATED
ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT
(C.A. P.E.R. ) FOR CDBG AND HOME PROGRAM
ACTIVITIES AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF SAME
TO U. S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the FY 2011 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation
Report (C.A. P.E.R. ) for CDBG and HOME Program activities for the
period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, be and the same is
hereby approved, and authorizing submission of same to the U. S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development On behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September 2011 .
