RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $14, 500 . 00 WITH HR
GREEN, FOR ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING AND GRANT
APPLICATION STEPS FOR DEMOLITION OF THE
FORMER LAFAYETTE SCHOOL BUILDING AT 2265
LAFAYETTE STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 26
2011, in the amount of14 500 . 00
$ for environmental testing and
grant application services, for demolition of the former
Lafayette School Building,g, by and between HR Green, Inc. (Howard
R. Green) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September, 2011 .
