RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $43, 455 . 00, TO
BROWN TRAFFIC PRODUCTS OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SIGNAL
EQUIPMENT FOR SIX, HIGH ACCIDENT LOCATIONS .
BE IT RESOLVED 0 ED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with Brown Traffic Products, of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $43, 455 . 00, in conjunction with the
purchase of traffic c signal equipment, described in theP lans and
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2011-899 after public hearing on
September 19, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby awarded, the same being the apparent lowest bid for said
project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September 2011 .
