RESOLUTION NO. 2011-945
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES DIVISION FOR TOBACCO
ENFORCEMENT; AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated September 26, 2011, for the purpose
of providing and funding tobacco enforcement activities in
compliance with Iowa Code § 453A. 2 (2003) , by and between Iowa
Alcoholic Beverages Division, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same On behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September 2011 .
