RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AS OCTOBER 10,
2011 TO APPROVE ADOPTION OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO
ZONING ORDINANCE, WHICH UPDATES AND REPLACES THE
EXISTING CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
2479 ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 3, 1969 AND INCLUDES TEXT
AND AN OFFICIAL ZONING MAP, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 10th day of October 2011, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing, to update and replace
the existing City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance No. 2479, adopted
on February 3, 1969, to include text and official zoning map.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and lace f
